Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Fursuit Orders

Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order.

Custom fursuits and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, as they are created specifically for each customer.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

If a cancellation request is made before production starts, we may issue a partial refund, minus any design, material, or transaction fees.

Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Due to the handmade nature of fursuits, minor variations in color, pattern placement, or small details may occur.

Digital Products

Digital products such as:

  • Fursona designs

  • Character sheets

  • Digital artwork

  • Downloadable files

are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your file (such as a corrupted download or missing file), please contact us and we will assist you.

Digital files are provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sharing, or modification of digital products is strictly prohibited.

Measurement Responsibility

For custom items, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reference information.

We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If adjustments are required, modification services may be offered depending on the situation and may require additional fees.

Production Time

Custom fursuits and handmade items require time to produce.

Production times vary depending on complexity, order volume, and production queue. Estimated completion times are provided as a general guideline only and may change.

Delays may occasionally occur due to material availability or production complexity.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect

please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items or discounted items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the eligible item first.

Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Custom-made items generally cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Repairs

We may offer repair services for fursuits or handmade items damaged through normal use.

Repair availability will depend on the nature of the damage. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for repair services, unless the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • in original condition

  • with tags attached

  • in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that custom-made, personalized, and digital products are exempt from this policy under EU consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Fursuits are handmade costume art pieces designed for cosplay and costume use. They are not protective equipment.

Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations may occur between the final product and reference images.
