Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, unless required by law.
Unless otherwise stated, digital purchases grant the buyer personal use rights only and do not transfer copyright ownership.

ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. FurMakers reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order through our Services, you agree to contact FurMakers directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
If you experience any issue with your order, including product quality, delivery problems, or billing questions, please contact us first at friends@furmakers.com so we can assist you.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

If a chargeback is filed for an order that has already been delivered, shipped, produced, or fulfilled (including custom or digital products), we reserve the right to dispute the claim with supporting evidence.
Repeated fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from using our Services.
INDEMNIFICATION
